The Marketing Director / Manager will be the lead for Mellie’s marketing initiatives. In collaboration with the management team, the Marketing Director/Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of marketing strategies and will be directly involved in all aspects of Mellie’s marketing.
Location
This position can be located anywhere in the US. West Coast (PST) is preferred, specifically in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities
Strategize and collaborate with Mellie peers to develop annual marketing plans aimed at achieving company KPIs and milestones.
Drive awareness and leads to Mellie’s business through the use of email and social media campaigns with a focus on corporate HR teams and the healthcare/ insurance industry
Develop content and materials to support sales including case studies, industry views/trends, white papers, blog posts, social media posts, videos and other materials
Identify conference and event opportunities to drive sales and serve as the lead for conference planning to ensure success
Work with Mellie partners to to help drive Mellie channel sales by identifying and supplying assets
Serve as steward of the Mellie brand
Manage internal resources and external contractors where necessary to execute on initiatives
Qualifications
Broad experience in key areas of marketing – product marketing, corp marketing, media, and brand
Minimum of 10 years of experience in b2b marketing
Excellent communication skills
Passionate about caregiving and communications
Creative with a good eye for design
Works well with team members
Willing and adept at being hands-on in all aspects of marketing

Local or limited travel (3 – 4x per year) for team meetings

Salary
Competitive based upon experience. 50/50 split base and commission.
